Hero World Challenge to donate to ONE Bahamas Fun for every birdie, eagle and hole in one made during the 2019 tournament 

As part of ongoing relief and rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Dorian, the Hero World Challenge announced today that additional donations will be made to the ONE Bahamas Fund through a charity challenge to the players. During the 2019 Hero World Challenge, the tournament will make a donation of $500 for each birdie, $1,000 for each eagle and $2,500 for each hole in one made by the professionals in competition rounds at Albany Wednesday, December 4 – Saturday, December 7.

Tournament host Tiger Woods welcomes elite field for 2019 Hero World Challenge

Sixteen of the 18 playing spots in the 2019 Hero World Challenge have been announced. The elite end-of-year PGA TOUR event held at Albany, Bahamas will feature eight of the top 10 players in the world. Among those committed include Tournament Host and 2019 Masters champion Tiger Woods, 2019 U.S. Open champion Gary Woodland, defending tournament champion Jon Rahm and past champions Rickie Fowler and Bubba Watson.

Dates set for 2019 Hero World Challenge

Round 1 will tee off on Wednesday, December 4 with competition concluding on Saturday, December 7.
