TGR Live goes digital

May 4 marks an exciting day in the evolution of TGR Live, the exclusive event management company for the Tiger Woods Foundation. You’re reading this post from our newly redesigned website, TGRLive.com, and for the first time in the 20-year history of the company, we have launched social channels dedicated to covering our five events.

Our digital channels will showcase the work of TGR Live as leaders in charity event management and production, sponsor activation and experiential marketing. The latest TGR Live event news and updates as well as industry trends and happenings will be posted first on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter @TGRLiveEvents.

Through the years TGR Live has developed a reputation for producing unrivaled experiences in golf, hospitality and entertainment. TGR Live delivers an event experience that is first-class, premium, innovative and known for exceeding expectations for all participants and now our social and digital channels will be the place to get an inside look at our events.

In support of the Tiger Woods Foundation, TGR Live currently operates three PGA TOUR events – the Genesis Open in Los Angeles; the Hero World Challenge in Albany, Bahamas; and the Quicken Loans National in Washington, D.C. Its inaugural PGA TOUR tournament was held in 1999 and the company has since run 33 tournaments in California, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts and the Bahamas. Past champions of TGR Live tournaments include Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose, Zach Johnson, Bubba Watson and Jordan Spieth.

In addition to managing PGA TOUR events, TGR Live produces a series of signature events, including Tiger Jam in Las Vegas and the Tiger Woods Invitational presented by USLI on the Monterey Peninsula. TGR Live’s experience also includes large-scale benefit concerts that have featured A-list musical acts the Eagles, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Sting and Van Halen among many others – as well as intimate performances with Jon Bon Jovi, Michael Buble and Ed Sheeran. Past event experience also includes special ceremonies with US Presidents Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush and dinners with the world’s top chefs including Mario Batali, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis.

Over the past 20 years of running events that benefit Tiger Woods Foundation, TGR Live has raised $90 million for charitable purposes.
