A new champion crowned

When a spot opened up just days before the start of the 2015 Hero World Challenge, Bubba Watson answered the called. While in the Bahamas, Watson did much more, as he finished 25-under to capture the 2015 Hero World Challenge.

“First of all, you don’t want to miss this event,” Watson said. “Tiger and Hero put on a great event. The foundation, what it is raising money for is a great cause.”

“It’s special here,” Watson said of Albany. “The friendly atmosphere here, everyone is smiling. The members here are excited, everybody is excited to be here. For the tournament to be here, the golf tournament gets in the way of the beautiful island. It’s very special to come here.”
