Add ’em up: Four more golfers added to TWCP’s final-round field
On Monday, July 21, the Old Course of Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, hosted the third round of the Tiger Woods Charity Playoffs. Owned by Donald Trump and designed by legendary golf course architect Tom Fazio, Trump National serves as an optimal location for an enjoyable — yet challenging — round of golf.
Opened in 2004, the Old Course has seen young sensation Jordan Spieth win the 2009 U.S. Junior Amateur and will host the 2017 U.S. Women’s Open. The course has also received a myriad of honorable mentions, such as making the “Top 100 Golf Courses in America” list in GOLF Magazine in 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011, and being named the “Course of the Year” in 2011 by the New Jersey Golf Course Owners Association.
With a score of 60, Joe Denapoli and Tony Scopazzo finished as the Low-Net winners of the event and earned their chance to play in the final round of the Tiger Woods Charity Playoffs in Orlando, Florida. Joining them are John Van Stade and Joe Zajac, who completed their rounds as the low-gross winners with a score of 74. Congratulations to all!
