Cliff and Dottie Thomas win the Volunteer Challenge

Cliff and Dottie Thomas were named the winners of the Quicken Loans National PGA TOUR Volunteer Challenge sponsored by Myrbetriq during a check presentation on Sunday, June 26. Over the last three months, volunteers, golf fans and Quicken Loans National enthusiasts voted for their favorite volunteers and in the process raised money for the Tiger Woods Foundation.

For every vote during the Volunteer Challenge, $1 was donated to the Tiger Woods Foundation. Cliff and Dottie presented a $10,000 check to the Tiger Woods Foundation to cap off the 2016 Volunteer Challenge.

Cliff and Dottie have been the marshalls on the 10th hole at the Quicken Loans National for nearly 10 years and volunteered at Congressional Country Club during the 2011 U.S. Open. The Thomases won the Quicken Loans National Volunteer Challenge by more than 100 votes.

More than 1,200 volunteers contributed their time during tournament week, making the Quicken Loans National a success! Thank you to all of our volunteers for their hard work this week!
