The Hero World Challenge is here, and we are thrilled to welcome you to the 16th edition at Isleworth Golf & Country Club. As you prepare to attend the tournament, see our tips below to enhance your ultimate golf experience.

12/3:

• Gates open at 7:30 a.m.
• Pro-Am Tournament begins at approx. 8:30 a.m.

12/4:

• Gates open at 9:30 a.m.
• First round of the Hero World Challenge tournament begins at approx. 11:40 a.m.
• TV coverage begins on Golf Channel at 2 p.m.

12/5:

• Gates open at 9:30 a.m.
• Second round of the Hero World Challenge tournament begins at approx. 11:40 a.m.
• TV coverage begins on Golf Channel at 2 p.m.

12/6:

• Gates open at 9:30 a.m.
• Third round of the Hero World Challenge tournament begins at approx. 11:40 a.m.
• TV coverage begins on Golf Channel at noon, with continued coverage on NBC at 2:30 p.m.

12/7:

• Gates open at 9:30 a.m.
• Final round of the Hero World Challenge tournament begins at approx. 11 a.m.
• TV coverage begins on Golf Channel at noon, with continued coverage on NBC at 1:30 p.m.
• Awards ceremony will begin at approx. 5 p.m.

PARKING

Not sure where to park? Are you missing your parking pass?
Don’t worry because every ticket to the Hero World Challenge includes complimentary parking and access to all shuttles. All you need to do is show your physical parking pass or printed e-ticket at the gate. 

The Hero World Challenge is located at 9300 Conroy Windermere Road in Windermere, Florida. If you are looking for directions head over to our parking and directions page for a live map or written directions from the major parts of South Florida.

The general parking lot operates on the following schedule:

12/3: 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
12/4: 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
12/5: 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
12/6: 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
12/7: 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

WILL CALL

Need to pick up your tickets or buy youth tickets for your kids?
You will need to stop by Will Call before you get to the main gate by heading to 4705 South Apopka Vineland Road in Orlando, Florida. Will Call will be open during the following hours:

12/3: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
12/4: 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
12/5: 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
12/6: 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
12/7: 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Proper photo ID is required to pick up tickets, and all tickets must be picked up before arriving at Isleworth Golf & Country Club.

Please note: No adult tickets will be sold at Will Call and only youth tickets will be available. If you need to purchase a ticket, please purchase online and print your e-ticket prior to arriving at Isleworth to save time and money. To purchase adult tickets in-person, visit a local Golfsmith store. No tickets will be sold at the entrance to Isleworth and must be purchased prior to arrival.
